Upon order confirmation, your order will be processed and dispatched on the next business day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays & weekends) during business hours, depending on the courier and logistics partners that we work with both locally and internationally. We will update the tracking information of your order accordingly to the provided email address upon purchase.

Please kindly ensure that the provided shipping address upon checkout is final and correct as we are not responsible for non-delivery of the orders due to incorrect postal addresses input.

The delivery time frame for local orders is within 1 – 3 working days upon item dispatch.
For international orders, the delivery time frame for United States, United Kingdom, European countries and Asia Pacific countries is within 2 – 5 working days whereas up to 7 working days for the rest of the world.

However, in occasions which may subject to delays in delivery i.e. adverse weather conditions, overload postage volume etc., we are unable to take responsibility for the delays in delivery and your understanding is much appreciated.
